All our homes are inspected by the municipality prior to leasing them.
We take care of our clients and repair the issues right away, unless something significant that requires time.

Pre-screenings

In order to choose the best possible tenants, Betohomes does a pre-screening before showing the property, sometimes the potential tenant does not have enough income, and unfortunately, they cannot afford the ren

Inspections

Our personnel will inspect the property once a month or every two months.
We give the tenant a 24-hour notice.
These inspections also allow us to change the air filters and prevent earlier significant repairs.
