Application Form
In order to save you and our time and money, we require an initial screening of potential tenants. It only takes three (3) steps
- Fill in this initial application to see if you meet the criteria and income required.
- If you have the requirements, we will make an appointment and show you the house
- If you like the house and want to lease it, we will run a background and credit report. It is done online, it costs $29 (tenant pays for it)
- If we like what we see on your reports, we can sign the lease, and you will be ready to move in.
